Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platform and LinkedIn.

Manage and optimize the company's website content for SEO and user engagement.

Plan and execute SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and lead generation.

Handle social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Create engaging marketing content such as presentations, brochures, social media creatives, newsletters, blogs, and short promotional videos.

Communicate with prospective clients to schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and maintain regular interactions.

Maintain Directors' meeting calendars, follow-up schedules, and marketing activity trackers.

Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, product demonstrations, and business proposals.

Assist in organizing webinars, exhibitions, conferences, and client events.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports with actionable insights.





Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and marketing documentation in a systematic manner.

Coordinate with internal teams including Development, Support, and Management to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

Excellent command over **English, Hindi, and Marathi** (written and spoken).

Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of **SEO**, **SEM**, and digital marketing strategies.

Hands-on experience with social media marketing and content planning.

Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials.

Basic video creation and editing skills for promotional content.

Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.

Ability to communicate confidently with clients and schedule meetings.
