About the Role: iCode Technologies LLC is seeking passionate, results-oriented Technical Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team. If you have experience recruiting for the US market and enjoy sourcing top IT Engineering talent, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the US.
- Work on Embedded/Mechanical engineering skills and also IT skills
- Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder,
LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and maintain accurate records in the ATS (Ceipal).
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.
Required Skills:
- 13 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the US recruitment process, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong negotiation and relat
