We're looking for a
Branding & Packaging Designer
to own the visual identity of Bruno's across every customer touchpoint. While your primary focus will be creating exceptional product packaging, you'll also ensure our branding remains consistent, premium, and instantly recognizable across digital, print, retail, and marketing platforms.

What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of packaging for all new product launches.
- Design labels, pouches, cartons, boxes, sleeves, and other print-ready packaging assets.
- Own the visual branding of Bruno's across packaging, website, social media, marketplaces, retail, events, and all customer-facing communications.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across every platform.
- Create marketing collaterals including brochures, POS materials, banners, presentations, trade show assets, and promotional materials.
- Design creatives for digital campaigns,



email marketing, website banners, and social media when required.
- Work closely with the founders, product development, and marketing teams to bring new ideas and launches to life.
- Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, and production teams to ensure artwork is production-ready and print quality meets brand standards.
- Organise and maintain artwork files, dielines, templates, and brand assets.

What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in branding, packaging, or visual design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing packaging and branding projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Good understanding of print production, packaging materials, colour management, and pre-press processes.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating premium consumer brands.
