Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics) expertise and Banking/BFSI domain experience to support Finance Transformation and Management

Information (MI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Finance, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end change initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for TM1 solutions.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, defect tracking, and business sign-offs.
- Prepare process documentation, user stories, BRDs, and functional documents.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, user training,



and change management activities.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Support implementation and post-production activities.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in Banking/BFSI domain (Mandatory).
- Experience in Finance, FP&A;, Management Information (MI), or Financial Reporting projects.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, process mapping, BRD/FRD preparation.
- Experience managing SIT/UAT and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, or Cloud technologies is an added advantage.
