Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify recent business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients on insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by selling life insurance policies to customers through bank channels.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in banca sales or bancassurance sales.
- Strong understanding of the local market trends and regulations in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
