About the role
We’re looking for a Media Operations lead who can sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone who understands
*why*
a campaign is built the way it is, and can then carry that intent all the way through to what goes live. You’ll report directly into our Senior GTM Strategist and act as her right hand: turning strategic thinking into structured plans, briefs, and coordinated delivery across creative teams and vendors.
This is a role for someone who thinks like a strategist but operates like a producer. You should be equally comfortable pulling secondary research, breaking a GTM strategy into a granular comms plan, and standing on a client floor making sure the output matches the brief.
What you’ll own
Research & strategic input
- Supporting the Senior GTM Strategist on initial research — working fluently with frameworks (4Cs and equivalents), running secondary research, and pooling data from multiple sources into usable insight.
- Understanding the go-to-market strategy deeply enough to translate it downstream without losing intent.
Planning & translation
- Converting GTM strategy into a detailed comms plan and media plan.
- Breaking strategy down to a granular, executional level — the connective tissue between big-picture thinking and what teams actually deliver.
- Mapping the comms and media plans against the right creative teams and vendors, and defining what’s required from each.
Briefing & creative direction
- Writing sharp RFPs and briefs — this is a core, non-negotiable strength for the role.
- Providing directional creative input to brief teams effectively, including visual and strategic direction.
- A robust knack for copywriting and scripting; briefing is expected to be one of your standout skills.
Campaign delivery & quality control
- Once a client campaign is live, working across all functions to ensure the brief was implement
