Role Description




The Coworking Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing and coordinating coworking operations and member experience for Growthify Media’s workspace community. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing member onboarding and support, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between members and internal teams. The Coworking Executive will monitor workspace usage, maintain virtual and physical schedules, and assist with organizing online and in-person events, workshops, and community initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, maintain documentation, and support operational efficiency. This position requires proactive problem-solving, solid organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach to building a positive and productive coworking environment.
