Vyomagri is Vyomik Innovations' on-ground agricultural services programme in Andhra Pradesh. The programme operates through a franchise network, enabling farmers to access drone-based agri-services and allied agricultural solutions at the village level.
Role Overview:
The District Business Manager responsible for Vyomagri's success in their district. You are the single point of accountability for ensuring every Franchise Partner in your district is operationally ready, commercially active, growing and that Vyomik's business objectives are met in parallel.
This is a field-first, execution-oriented role that demands equal parts operational rigour and relationship management.
You will be the primary bridge between Vyomik's central teams and the Franchise Partners on the ground — translating Vyomik's systems, training, and standards into daily operational reality at the district level.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Partner Operational Readiness
- Own end-to-end readiness of each Franchise Partner in your district — from onboarding through full operational launch and sustained operations.
- Ensure Partners have everything in place to run their operations effectively: infrastructure, staff, training, supplies, regulatory compliance, and platform access.
- Identify and resolve readiness gaps proactively; never let a Partner go live below standard or remain stuck without support.
Partner Business Performance
- Monitor the operational and commercial performance of every Franchise Partner in the district on a continuous basis.
