Key Responsibilities:

Daily Assignment & Productivity Management
- Task Allocation: Distribute daily and weekly work

assignments to 3D artists (modelling, rigging, animation,

lighting, and VFX) based on project priority.
- Productivity Supervision: Monitor daily artist output against

scheduled milestones, proactively identifying bottlenecks or

workload imbalances.
- Daily Standups: Lead daily morning check-ins with artistic

teams to track progress, clarify targets, and troubleshoot

technical blockers.

Review Coordination & Note-Taking

• Dailies & Reviews: Schedule, organize, and attend creative

review sessions, dailies, and layout/animation approvals.

• Actionable Note-Taking: Capture highly detailed, accurate

feedback and retake notes during reviews, quickly

distributing them to the relevant artists. Cross-Departmental

• Team Liaison:



Act as the primary communication bridge

between artists, technical directors, and the executive

production team.

• Resource Support: Ensure artists have all necessary resources,

reference materials, scripts, and storyboards to execute their

tasks effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of production experience in a 3D

animation or gaming studio pipeline.

• Software Tools: Deep familiarity with production

management software like ShotGrid/Shotgun, Jira, Trello, or

ftrack.

• Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with a

proven ability to balance data management with people skills.

• Communication: Solid written and verbal communication

skills; a calm, people-first attitude under tight deadlines.
