Role & responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry segments where B2B services, including Audit & Assurance, International Taxation, Domestic Taxation, Outsourcing Services, and Corporate Advisory & Secretarial Services, can add value. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the firms client base including identifying potential clients (India + international markets like US/UK) viz. research companies, decision-makers (CFOs, founders, CPAs)
- Develop and Implement Business Development Strategies: Work closely with partners and senior management to develop and execute business development plans aligned with firms growth objectives.
- Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, chambers of commerce, industry associations, business networks, and referral partners. Leverage these relationships to generate leads, referrals & collaborative opportunities.
- Lead Client Acquisition Efforts:



Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable service offerings. Support the preparation of proposals, coordinate discussions, and assist in securing new client engagements.
- Client Relationship & Follow-ups: Maintain & regularly update the firms prospective client and referral network database. Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients & professional contacts.
- Marketing Initiatives and Event Coordination: Support and coordinate marketing initiatives, including seminars, professional events, networking forums, and outreach activities. Assist in building and strengthening the firms presence across professional platforms and industry networks which also includes building targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, databases, etc.
