Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Noida. The Immigration Consultant will advise clients on suitable immigration pathways, including visa categories, documentation requirements, and timelines. Responsibilities include assessing client eligibility,
preparing and reviewing application documents, coordinating with legal and case management teams, and ensuring adherence to relevant immigration laws and policies. The role involves maintaining detailed case files, providing regular updates to clients, and using internal systems to track application progress. The Immigration Consultant will also support continuous improvement of processes and contribute to a client-focused, compliant, and efficient service setting.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Immigration Issues and Global Immigration, with the ability to interpret and apply current regulations and policies.
- Strong knowledge of Visas and related procedures, including documentation and eligibility assessments.
- Familiarity with Law relevant to immigration, with the ability to work collaboratively with legal professionals.
