Role Summary

We are looking for a
Microsoft 365 & Email Deliverability Administrator
to manage and support around 600 Outlook email accounts across multiple client organizations. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and maintaining robust sender reputation and deliverability.jobed+2

Key Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online for multiple clients, including user and mailbox creation, license assignment, and basic troubleshooting for ~600 email IDs.sharegate+2
- Manage email security and deliverability by configuring and monitoring SPF, DKIM, DMARC and related DNS records for client domains.cacheventures+2
- Monitor reputation and deliverability (bounces, blocks, spam flags), unblock and restore email accounts,



and implement best practices to keep domains healthy.linkedin+2
- Purchase new domains as needed (commercials handled by management), add and verify custom domains in Microsoft 365 tenants, and coordinate with vendors/resellers for technical setup and transfers.learn.microsoft+3

Requirements
- Strong hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Exchange Online (user, mailbox, and license management).indeed+2
- Practical experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS record management for multiple domains.easydmarc+2
- Good understanding of email deliverability concepts, sender reputation, and common causes of blocked or spam‑flagged accounts.railsware+2
