Senior Data Analyst & Data Scientist Supply Chain Management

Location - Mumbai (Onsite)

Experience - 5-8 years in Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Analytics, or Data Science roles

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst & Data Scientist SCM who will own end-to-end analytics and advanced modelling across supply chain operations. The role combines business-driven analytics within planning domain, predictive & prescriptive modelling, and stakeholder leadership to drive availability, cost efficiency, fulfilment speed, and customer experience at scale.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in e-commerce / retail / quick-commerce SCM, strong Python/SQL-based analytics, exposure to forecasting and ML models, and a proven ability to translate complex data into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own SCM analytics charter covering demand and network planning, replenishment, inventory health, and fulfilment performance
- Lead deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, leakage, and operational inefficiencies across the supply chain




- Design and implement demand forecasting and replenishment models using Time-series methods, Machine learning & deep learning
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions through storytelling, dashboards (Tableau), and executive-ready narratives
- Develop scalable Python & SQL pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Python, SQL, Tableau, Statistical Modelling & Forecasting Experience with ML models (regression, classification, time-series, LSTM), Strong proficiency in Excel for business analysis
- Business & Domain Skills: Robust understanding of Supply Chain & Operations in e-commerce / retail / quick-commerce. Experience with demand forecasting, inventory & replenishment analytics, fulfilment & network optimization, and excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
