Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a backend engineer in a production environment.
- Strong command over HLD, LLD, and RESTful API development.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerised systems like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL data structures like Firestore.
- Solid preference for people with previous experience in healthcare / healthtech.
- Bonus: Experience with healthcare systems, EHRs, or API-based integrations.
- Bonus: Prior work involving automation, RPA bots, or data ingestion from external sources.
- Ability to debug complex issues, write clean and modular code, and learn fast in a high-velocity team environment.
