XTENAV is looking for a skilled and growth-minded WordPress Developer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our energetic marketing team. In this role, you won't just be maintaining a website; you will be the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution. You will work closely with our designers, content creators, and SEO specialists to build high-converting landing pages, optimize our digital presence, and ensure our web infrastructure is fast, secure, and perfectly aligned with our marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Development and Customization: Build, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites and custom themes and plugins from scratch or based on existing frameworks.
- Marketing Integration: Develop and optimize high-converting landing pages and lead capture forms and integrate marketing automation tools (e. g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, and CRM systems).
- Performance Optimization: Continually improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, uptime, and overall technical performance.
- SEO and Analytics Collaboration:
Implement technical SEO best practices (schema markup, clean code structure) and seamlessly integrate tracking codes (Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Pixel).
- Troubleshooting and Security: Conduct regular website audits, manage security protocols, handle updates (core, themes, and plugins), and fix bugs or layout issues promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive web pages.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience as a WordPress developer, preferably within a marketing-driven environment or agency.
- Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5 CSS3/SASS, JavaScript and jQuery
- Page Builders and Gutenberg: Deep experience with modern editors like Elementor, Divi, or the native Gutenberg block editor.
- Database and Hosting: Good understanding of MySQL and managing web hosting environment
