Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant who can bridge the gap between business and technology.
This role is responsible for understanding client requirements, translating business challenges into practical technology solutions, preparing professional solution documents and proposals, and working closely with our engineering team to ensure successful project delivery.
You will become the primary technical representative during client engagements, working alongside the sales team while collaborating closely with developers, architects, and project teams.
This is a consulting role—not a sales role and not a software development role.

Client Discovery & Consulting
- Participate in client meetings and discovery workshops.
- Understand client business processes, challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Ask the right business and technical questions to uncover complete project requirements.
- Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, automation, productivity, or customer experience.
- Build trust with clients by explaining technical concepts in easy business language.
- Conduct requirement clarification sessions throughout the project lifecycle.
