Role: CRM Executive / Sr. Executive Brigade Plus (Rental & Resale)

Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete customer journey for owners, sellers, tenants, and buyers from the time a property is listed, or a transaction is concluded through Brigade Plus – Rental & Resale.
- Serve as a single point of contact for owners/sellers listing their property, addressing any queries raised during the process and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
- Initiate welcome communication for all parties’ post-transaction and set clear expectations regarding next steps, documentation requirements, and key timelines.
- Assist customers with agreements, documentation, and service-related queries to ensure a seamless and informed experience.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams including the sales team, legal department, residential CRM, and operations teams to facilitate timely progress on service requests.
- Attend to service tickets raised under Property Management Services and ensure timely updates and resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service status,



and communication logs in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of formalities, including document submissions and payments, as per service timelines.
- Provide proactive support and communication throughout the post-sales phase to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements:
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred: BBA/B.Com/B.E/MBA)
- 1–5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Post-Sales Coordination, or Real Estate Operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Customer-first approach with a high level of ownership and attention to detail
- Process-oriented with robust organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Prior exposure to real estate or property management services is preferred
- Self-motivated
