We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of materials, inventory planning, and efficient processing of purchase orders received from various B2B customers. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations, optimal inventory levels, and timely fulfillment of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the procurement process for all materials required by the organization.
- Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Manage end-to-end purchase orders for e-commerce platforms, including sourcing, PO creation, inventory allocation, and coordination with dispatch/logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor inventory movements, conduct regular stock audits,



and prepare inventory reports.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory forecasting.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage customer orders, track order status, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, inventory planning, and purchase order processing, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CRM software for order management and customer communication.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
