Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across key industrial segments for a leading multinational manufacturing organization. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market share for a portfolio of high-performance materials and specialty solutions.

This is an excellent chance for professionals with experience in specialty chemicals, polymers, adhesives, composites, advanced materials, or industrial products who enjoy consultative selling and working closely with technical and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue growth across assigned territories and industry segments.
- Identify and develop new customers while expanding business with existing key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, converters, processors, distributors, and end users.
- Develop customer-specific value propositions and technical-commercial solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.




- Work closely with Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Operations teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Support product launches, customer trials, and application development initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and timely issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- 6 to 12 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or business development.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Specialty Chemicals
- Adhesives
- Composites
