Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Strategist who is curious, creative, and passionate about brands and consumer behaviour. The ideal candidate will assist in developing brand and communication strategies, conduct market and competitor research, work on decks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing brand and campaign strategies.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research.
Willingness to take a rigorous approach to the work - not with AI. AI to be used only when advised.
Prepare strategic presentations, creative briefs and reports.
Work closely with the Creative, Client Servicing, and Business teams.
Analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Stay updated on industry communication trends and consumer behaviour.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in advertising agency (planning background preferred)
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a quick-paced environment.
Strategic and creative thinking
Excellent attention to detail, for instance, observation of communication nuances, formatting and representation on slides.
Strong collaboration and time management skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Immediate to one-month joiners preferred.
