Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities across Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Fixed Deposits. The role involves transaction processing, client onboarding, documentation, operational coordination, CRM management, reporting, and client servicing. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, Relationship Managers,



and financial institutions to ensure timely and error-free execution of operational processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Documentation
- Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and account opening processes.
- Handle client onboarding and regulatory documentation for financial products, including KYC, CKYC, Aadhaar verification, and other relevant processes.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of client records before processing.

Mutual Fund Operations
- Manage end-to-end operational activities across Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
- Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions to ensure the timely and accurate execution of transactions and service requests.
