About the Role:

The Sourcing Executive – RM & PM will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and procuring high-quality
raw materials
(such as essential oils, actives, fragrances, and surfactants) and
packaging materials
(such as bottles, jars, caps, labels, and cartons) for personal care products. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, supplier reliability,



and timely availability of materials to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop reliable suppliers for
raw materials (RM)
and
packaging materials (PM)
used in personal care formulations.
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier quotations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with
R&D;

teams to identify current ingredients or packaging innovations aligned with brand needs.
- Conduct regular
market research
to identify new vendors, materials, and sustainable alternatives.
- Manage supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, service, and compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material samples, specifications, and technical data sheets (TDS, COA, MSDS, etc.).
- Ensure packaging materials meet brand design, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
