Alphacom Manpower and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a corporate housing society in Airoli. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility operations, maintain high service standards, and coordinate with vendors, staff, and residents to provide a safe, clean, and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall facility operations of the residency housing society.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
- Handle resident queries and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on facility operations.




- Manage facility budgets, inventory, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with management, contractors, and service providers for smooth operations.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Facility Management, preferably in a residency housing society, residential complex, or commercial property.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
- Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
