We are seeking a agile, results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of Equilions specialty ingredients portfolio. In this role, you will drive revenue by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic relationships with contract manufacturers, and securing direct partnerships with leading cosmetic brand owners. You will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution to deliver high-performance ingredient solutions.

Role & responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for Equilion's portfolio of specialty ingredients in the personal care and cosmetics industry.
- Build and strengthen relationships with third-party (3P) contract manufacturers supplying leading personal care brands.
- Generate new business directly with personal care and cosmetic brand owners.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate ingredient solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.




- Coordinate with the technical and application teams to support product evaluations and successful commercialization.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth strategy.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities in the personal care sector.
