Fulcro is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Commercial Interiors segment. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales within commercial interior fit-outs and should be capable of identifying opportunities, pitching design solutions, and converting clients into long-term business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities in the Commercial Interiors/B2B segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design team to propose suitable interior solutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates through CRM.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Interior Sales or Design & Build sales.
- Proven experience in B2B business development and client acquisition.
- Good understanding of commercial interior design, workspace solutions, and fit-out projects.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada is an added advantage).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
