We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented
Resort Manager
to lead our resort operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships and effectively handle customer concerns.
- Supervise, motivate, and monitor all resort employees across departments.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure effective cost control.
- Prepare budgets,



analyze financial performance, and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop strategies to strengthen the resort's brand reputation and online presence.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, reservations, and front office teams.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain service quality and operational efficiency at all times.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum
3–7 years
of experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in budgeting, expense control, and revenue management.
