We are hiring Graduate Freshers for a dynamic Field Sales role in Retail Banking for Navi Mumbai location
Role Responsibilities:
- Acquire recent bank customers for current accounts, saving accounts & term deposits by ensuring a high-class service experience.
- Manage customer boarding & relationship. Ensure that the accounts acquired are active
- Cross-sell products of the bank Conduct promotional activities in the branch catchment to promote the bank brand.
- Ensure complete adherence to KYC & other internal guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a field sales environment
Energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused
