Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain HCM solutions using SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Perks, Time Management, and Compensation.
- Provide technical expertise to clients on HCM best practices and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HCM systems and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Compensation.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations of HCM software products.
