Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, in office role located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts,



and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The candidate will also represent the company at industry events, pitch to potential clients, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market research, sales strategies, and business planning
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of design, architecture, and engineering industries is highly desirable
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
