We are seeking a detail-oriented
Treasury controller
to join the balance sheet team, The role will be responsible for producing daily and weekly balance sheet reporting, performing variance analysis, coordinating with the offshore Cognizant team,



and supporting onshore Controllers with timely and accurate reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with Controllers, Front Office, COO teams, and other Finance stakeholders to investigate movements, answer queries, and help maintain a strong reporting control setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce daily and weekly balance sheet reports accurately and within required deadlines.
- Perform variance analysis across balance sheet balances, movements, adjustments, and key reporting drivers.
- Work closely with the offshore Cognizant team to support report production, issue resolution, process handoffs, and daily delivery.
- Partner with onshore Controllers to investigate balance sheet movements, prepare commentary, and resolve reporting questions.
- Field and respond to questions from Front Office and COO teams relating to balance sheet reporting, variances, adjustments, and process status.
