- Manage the complete lifecycle of Japanese pharmacovigilance cases, including case intake, triage, data entry, translation, quality review, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese regulatory requirements, including PMDA and J-GVP guidelines.
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and regulatory timelines.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, CAPA activities, and compliance initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese stakeholders and global pharmacovigilance teams.
- Participate in governance meetings, performance reviews, and escalation management.
- Mentor bilingual Japanese-English team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 per year
