About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Developer eager to build expertise in modern
CMS platforms, with a primary focus on HubSpot CMS and Webflow. You will
receive hands-on training and mentorship while working on real client projects,
developing responsive websites, custom components, and scalable digital
experiences using industry best practices.
What you will do:
You will undergo a structured training program with defined milestones and
regular assessments to build expertise in HubSpot CMS and Webflow. After
successfully completing the initial training, you’ll work on live client projects
while continuing to enhance your skills, with the goal of becoming a proficient
developer capable of delivering high-quality websites and digital experiences
across both platforms.
Important Note:
This role follows a structured hire-and-train model. Candidates are expected to
be committed to learning HubSpot CMS and Webflow and contributing to
client projects upon successful completion of the training. As part of this
commitment, a
2-year service agreement is mandatory
. Strong
communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a long-term commitment to
the role are essential.
Job Description:
- 1–1.5 years of experience in HubSpot CMS and/or Webflow development.
- Develop, customize, and maintain responsive websites using HubSpot
CMS and Webflow.
- Build reusable components, templates, modules, and CMS-driven pages
following best practices.
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web
pages.
