Job Description: Legal Associate
We are looking for a Junior Legal Associate with experience in IBC (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code) and in NCLT/NCLAT matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents such as agreements, notices, petitions, replies, rejoinders, and applications
- Assisting in matters of NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) and NCLAT (National Company Law Appellate Tribunal)
- Experience in IBC/Bankruptcy cases
- Good drafting and legal research skills
- Assisting in court proceedings, court visits, and client meeting
Requirements:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience
- Solid research and drafting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
