Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive sales growth, market expansion, and profitability across all product divisions.

• Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and growth segments.
- Develop annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and business targets.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage Regional Sales Managers, Zonal Sales Managers, Area Business Managers, and field sales teams.

• Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, execution, and results.
- Set performance objectives, monitor productivity, and conduct regular performance reviews.




- Coach and mentor sales leaders to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

• Monitor and analyse sales performance against targets.

• Review territory-wise business performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Establish effective sales processes, reporting systems, and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting and demand planning.

Market Expansion & Customer Development
- Develop strategies for expanding market presence and increasing prescription generation.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, stockists, and business partners.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support the development of current territories and strategic accounts.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure effective implementation of promotional strategies and product campaigns.
