The People Success Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing the employee lifecycle processes, with a strong focus on onboarding. This role ensures that all PS operations are carried out smoothly and effectively, providing an excellent experience for new hires and existing employees.

What will you do at Fynd?
Onboarding:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding materials, welcome kits, and relevant documentation.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Work with IT and Facilities to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment and access on their first day.
- Collect and process recent hire paperwork, including I-9 verification, tax forms, and other necessary documentation.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
