Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Encourage students to develop fluency and confidence in using the Hindi language.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching materials, and examination papers.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Introduce students to Hindi literature, poetry, stories, and cultural traditions appropriate to their grade level.
- Use interactive teaching methods and digital learning tools to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades,



and student performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, career development programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Support students with diverse learning needs and provide additional guidance when required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred or required, depending on the institution).
- Relevant teaching experience is an advantage.
- Robust command of spoken and written Hindi.
