Role Overview

AiFA Labs is looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager / SAP Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities to lead enterprise SAP transformation and modernization initiatives. This role requires robust expertise in SAP delivery management, Agile execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end SAP programs while enabling Agile delivery practices and ensuring successful execution of large-scale digital transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end SAP programs including implementations, rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and support transitions.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.




- Manage project governance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
- Ensure successful delivery across all phases including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Drive adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.

Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile SAP delivery teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Track sprint progress, remove delivery impediments, and improve team productivity.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary interface between clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
