Position Summary

Rialtes is seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead consulting and delivery engagements for our North America customers. This role requires a robust blend of hands-on Salesforce expertise, delivery leadership, client relationship management, and business consulting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 1215 years of dedicated Salesforce experience and a proven track record of managing enterprise Salesforce programs. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, lead solution strategy, oversee successful project delivery, mentor consulting teams, and contribute to account growth initiatives.





This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active involvement in solution design, architecture reviews, customer workshops, project governance, and strategic consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancement, integration, and managed services engagements.
- Own project delivery, scope management, resource planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer objectives.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.

North America Client Management
- Serve as the primary delivery and consulting leader for assigned North America accounts.
