About The Role
As a software engineer—finance automation, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to improve finance processes and operational efficiency. You will work closely with finance, digital, and transformation teams to understand business requirements, develop automated workflows, and support automation initiatives across the organization. This role requires strong programming skills, SAP Finance process understanding, and the ability to manage automation projects from development through deployment.





What You Will Do
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to evaluate automation opportunities and understand functional automation requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation workflows and custom solutions using Python, JavaScript, Visual Basic (VBA), and SAP Scripting.
- Participate in process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify and propose new automation solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams, including Finance Transformation and Digital, to drive automation best practices.
- Contribute to project planning activities, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination using Agile methodologies.
- Manage and support automation project lifecycles, including evaluation, planning, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
