Role Description
The Travel Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Tathawade, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Jambe, Maharashtra 411057. The Travel Executive will handle end-to-end travel arrangements for individual, group, and corporate clients, including itinerary planning, bookings, and coordination of transportation and accommodation. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable destinations and experiences,



and ensuring all travel details are accurately documented and confirmed. The role involves managing bookings, monitoring changes, resolving issues during travel, and maintaining clear communication with clients before, during, and after their trips. The Travel Executive will also support vendor coordination, maintain records in travel management systems, and contribute to creating high-quality, purpose-driven travel experiences.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to handle end-to-end itineraries and bookings efficiently.
