Lenskart is looking for a Sales Strategist to join the Central Retail Sales Planning team, responsible for driving Sales Excellence, Sales Enablement, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across a network of 2,500+ stores spanning 10 circles nationally. This role sits at the intersection of retail operations, commercial strategy, and frontline enablement translating business goals into store-level execution plans, and store-level insight back into central strategy. You will work closely with circle heads, category and merchandising teams, retail operations, HR business partners, and senior leadership to build the systems, playbooks, and cadences that make Lenskart's frontline sales engine run predictably at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Excellence




Own the sales performance framework for retail defining KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and store/SA/SM-level scorecards across circles.
Diagnose performance gaps using store, circle, and category-level data; convert findings into targeted intervention plans.
¢ Build and refresh sales SOPs, floor-selling frameworks, and conversion-improvement playbooks in partnership with retail operations.
¢ Drive structured performance review cadences (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with circle and store leadership.
Sales Enablement
¢ Design onboarding, upskilling, and certification journeys for Sales Associates, Store Managers, and Optometrists in partnership with L&D; and HRBP teams.
¢ Build enablement tools and content (playbooks, battlecards, pitch scripts, objection-handling guides) tailored to retail selling contexts.
