About the Role Compunnel is building its Marketing as a Service (MaaS) practice – a full-stack AI-integrated marketing operating system that helps B2B companies run smarter, faster, and leaner marketing. We're at Day Zero. The practice doesn't exist yet at scale, and that's exactly the opportunity. This is not a typical sales or marketing role. You will be the first growth hire in the practice – owning pipeline, shaping the go-to-market, and helping close the first wave of clients. You'll work directly with the practice leadership, AI development team, and delivery specialists to build something from scratch. Pipeline Generation & Outbound Business Development Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate a qualified pipeline for the MaaS practice in US Market Identify and engage decision-makers – CMOs, Heads of Demand Gen, Marketing Directors, Growth Leaders, Founders, and PE/VC portfolio operators Build multi-channel pipeline through outbound sequences, referrals, LinkedIn social selling, events, and community engagement Develop account plans and tiered engagement strategies across target segments: early-stage startups, scaling businesses, and PE/VC-backed portfolios Own a pipeline number – this is a revenue accountability role, not
