Role: Sales Executive/ Sr Sales Executive
Location: Nepal, Sri Lanka, Agartala, Mumbai, Ahmednagar, Kutch, Palakkad, Ramanathapuram, Patna,

Role Summary
Responsible for driving sales performance in the assigned territory by working closely with
franchisee partners and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives across the
product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales budgets and revenue targets across the full product portfolio
Collaborate with franchisees to drive territory-level sales performance
Implement and monitor field-level marketing programs
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and trends
Expand and strengthen the retail/dealer network as per targets
Submit periodic sales and performance reports
Coordinate with service teams to ensure effective warranty management and post-sales
support
Ensure 100% CRM compliance, including DILO (Day in the Life Of) tracking
Key Accountabilities




Dealer and franchisee network management
Market penetration and territory growth
Expansion of retail footprint
Eligibility Criteria
Age: 24 -35 years
Qualification: MBA or BE/B.Tech
Experience: 3- 7 years
Preferred Experience
Channel sales experience in:
Tyres
Paints
Lubricants
Automotive accessories
Exceptional candidates from Building Materials or FMCG may be considered
