Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and build end-to-end Workday Extend and integration solutions for HCM and Finance requirements.
- Develop and configure integrations using Workday Studio, EIBS, Core Connectors, and Workday orchestration capabilities.
- Implement and support web services integrations using SOAP and REST, including XML/XSLT transformations.
- Configure integration security and ensure secure data exchange across Workday and external systems.
- Lead technical delivery, coordinate with onshore/offshore stakeholders, and mentor medium-sized technical teams through the SDLC.
Skills Required:
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Workday Extend and integration delivery,
including leading technical teams.
- Workday Extend and Workday integrations delivery experience (including Studio and orchestration).
- Integration build/configuration using EIBS and Core Connectors.
- Web services implementation using SOAP and REST, with XML and XSLT.
- Integration security configuration experience for Workday integrations.
Valuable to Have:
- Experience with CCB and CCTPP (including PICOF and PECI).
- Composite reports, BIRT, dashboards, and Prism Analytics exposure.
Education:
Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA or equivalent).
