Job Role: We are looking for a data-driven B2B Social Media Expert to accelerate our pipeline growth across the India, UK and European tech sectors. In this role, you will build authority within the IT, SaaS, and AI industries, using hyper-targeted social content and social selling strategies to connect with enterprise tech buyers and decision-makers.
Run daily social media campaigns to drive high-quality B2B traffic to our website. Your main goal is to generate 1015 inbound inquiries every single day from tech companies looking to hire IT talent.

- Generate Daily Leads:
Drive relevant traffic that results in a minimum of 1015 website inquiries daily from tech companies for their resource hiring needs in India, UK & Europe.
- Run Ad Campaigns: Set up and manage paid and organic campaigns on Google & LinkedIn, X, and other tech channels.
- Target Tech Buyers: Reach out to CTOs, HR heads, and SaaS/AI founders across the India, UK and Europe
- Optimize Landing Pages: Tweak ad copy and website forms to make sure visitors convert into leads.
- Track Daily Performance: Monitor ad spend, cost-per-lead, and daily inquiry counts closely.
What we look for
- Proven Track Record: Experience hitting hard daily lead targets (minimum 10+ leads/day) in B2B markets.
- Paid Ads Expert: Robust hands-on experience with Google & LinkedIn Ads and social media lead forms.
