1. Execute FOB, CFR/CIF, Stock & Sale, and High Seas Sale (HSS) shipments.
2. Coordinate with ship owners, brokers, shippers, receivers, port agents, CHAs, and inspection agencies.
3. Manage vessel nominations, charter party (CP) coordination, loading/discharge operations, ETA tracking, and laytime settlements.
4. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, survey certificates, invoices, and Letters of Credit (LC).
5. Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate freight, handling, inspection, and vendor payments.
6. Maintain shipment MIS, tonnage reports, cargo quality records, market data, and operational dashboards.
7. Support the trading and marketing teams with shipment status, documentation, and commercial information.
