Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our team.

This is a field-based role for a professional who is confident in identifying new markets, visiting industrial facilities, engaging with key decision-makers, and developing qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop high-potential industrial leads across target sectors and clusters.
- Conduct field visits to manufacturing plants and engage directly with key decision-makers.
- Build relationships with Plant Heads, Operations, Maintenance, Purchase, and Sustainability teams.




- Present JouleWise’s solutions and value proposition with clarity and confidence.
- Capture accurate prospect information and maintain a well-structured lead pipeline.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the leadership and technical teams.
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Track field activity, market feedback, and competitor insights through concise sales reports.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in sales, field sales, business development, B2B sales, or industrial marketing.
- Prior sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, renewable energy, engineering, electrical, automation, or technical sales will be preferred.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in approaching industrial facilities and interacting with senior decision-makers.
- A proactive, disciplined, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
