About The Role
Century Plyboards is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives/Senior Sales Executives to develop the NAP business in Ranchi through dealer/distributor management, project sales, site visits and market development.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of PVC, WPC Boards, Louvers and allied products.
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market and site visits.
- Engage architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, fabricators and carpenters.
- Achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
- Monitor competitors and execute promotional activities.
- Ensure collections and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare DCRs and coordinate with internal teams.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 2–6 years' experience in Plywood/PVC/WPC/Louvers/Building Materials.




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in dealer/distributor handling and project sales.
- Willing to travel.
