Looking for an E2E Test Manager for Oracle Cloud migration project
Note: This is not a Scrum Team QA lead but rather a Test Manager who would manage Project Testing spanning cross platforms/product/business POCs within Oracle domain.
1. Experience managing large scale Oracle based testing projects/programs/initiatives
2. Work with impacted Oracle platforms Engg/Product leaders and track multiple milestones and deliverables
4. Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP, EPM and other systems. Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to track progress and communicate testing status
4. Expert creating Program Test Summary/Dashboards; present to VP and above
5. Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies and identify appropriate tooling and frameworks to support all testing efforts.
6. Triage defects and issues,
working closely with development teams and production to prioritize issues to be fixed ahead of the next release.
7. Maintain a detailed understanding of both production and QA testing processes, facilitating as a point of contact between teams.
8. Own/update testing inputs to E2E Project roadmaps, RAID, run Program Test Sync calls
9. Experience scaling QA teams in rapid-paced, growth-stage or enterprise environments.
10. Familiarity or worked within cloud platforms (Oracle, GCP). Jira reporting
11. Work on biweekly, monthly Executive leadership updates including BUR and experience presenting to senior leadership including VPs
12. Oracle Certification a plus. Finance (General Ledger, Sub Accounting, etc) knowledge a plus
