About This Role

We're seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding specialist to design, implement, and optimize onboarding workflows for a US-based client. You'll own implementations from discovery through go-live, working directly with a small client-side team. This is hands-on technical work—not consulting theater.

What You'll Do
- Design & Build:
Implement and customize SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including configuration of workflows, data models, and business rules
- Connect Systems:
Integrate Onboarding 2.0 with Employee Central and other HR core systems using Integration Center, OData APIs, and workflow orchestration
- Solve Real Problems:
Translate talent acquisition, preboarding, and employee lifecycle requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Optimize:
Document configurations, create process flows, and troubleshoot issues in live production environments
- Collaborate:




Partner with US-based client teams on requirements gathering, testing, training, and post-go-live support

What You Need

Required:
- Hands-on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (configuration and customization)
- Solid knowledge of Employee Central (data model, organizational structure, custom fields)
- Expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and business rule configuration
- Solid understanding of Integration Center, OData APIs, and workflow design
- Knowledge of HR processes: Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, preboarding, and employee lifecycle
- Comfortable working with US-based remote teams across time zones

Preferred:
- SAP SuccessFactors Application Associate Certification
- Additional certifications (Employee Central, Recruiting Management, or Recruiting Marketing)
- Experience integrating Onboarding with recruiting platforms or background che
